Picklehigh® offers a generous 15-day return policy for paddles. Test your paddle for 15 days. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your paddle, you have the freedom to return it without hassles. Please note, excessive or abusive paddle play may be ineligible for refund.

Please note that the return guarantees do not extend to paddles that have undergone any form of personalization (such as name or weight customization), re-gripping, or alterations.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied please email us at team@picklehigh.com. Once we receive your returned paddle(s), we will provide a full refund. Please allow 5-7 days for returned funds.

1 Year Limited Warranty
Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages through improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents.
Not covered under manufacturer warranty policies: fading of the graphics, damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, user modification, or the natural breakdown from extended use.
